Her father introduced her to Kyle Rayner, the current Green Lantern. The two fell in love and Kyle eventually gave Jade a Ring as an engagement ring and membership into the Green Latern Corps, which he was rebuilding at the time. Although she couldn't accept it at first, the two eventually engaged...
