This is a kind of 3D/tech. skin with a rather neon 'green' feel about it (thus the name).
It took around 3 days to create (from start to finish).

I'm a 17 year old guy from Australia, interested in web creations and obviously, graphic design...
Made by rohieb with a little help from MS Paint and self written editor (and, of course, a computer!). Took only a few hours, cuz I took the same scheme as the Just Red skin. Look for the Just Red and Just Black skins too.
