The Special's ace pilot, Zechs Marquise, walked slowly out of the hanger as the OZ carrier landed on the runway. In this brief moment of time, his thoughts wandered to the recent appearance of the mysterious Winamp skins that have wreaked havoc on the forces of OZ. His superiors have been upset over the mysterious rebels, but what interested Zechs, was the possibility of a duel against a worthy opponent ...
Unfortunately, OZ could supply him with nothing but their pathetic military skins - which would leave Zechs sorely outclassed. So the task of developing a worthy skin fell into his own hands ... and now it has arrived.
Zechs could feel the strength of the Tall-amp course through him even as it booted up. This skin has no regard for the well-being of its pilot, it was designed for one purpose: to deliver tunes and deliver them hard! With his vernier speakers on full blast, Zechs shot into the sky to seek out the Gundam-amps ... leaving sound shockwaves to reverberate in his wake ...
