Julia-Stiles_2.1 Skin

This is my second attempt at making a skin. Again,
its a Julia Stiles skin, this time more toned down and simplified.

Skin notes:

- Skin covers all 4 windows
- Volume and balance slide bars are not shown (for design purposes)
- Shuffle, Repeat, EQ, PL buttons are very small (for design purposes)
- No known problems: please tell me if you find any
