a complete skin for VidAmp, as well as MikroAMP.
Of course, all the general windows are skinned,
such as the main, equalizer, mb, playlist editor
and avs windows.

* Headphones output added
* Visualization area: miscellanous changes
* New CuttleBar symbols
Equalizer:
* New equalizer slider buttons
* New equalizer spline
* Text "VOL" and "BAL" added to equalizer
windowshade mode
* The bitmap eq_ex1.bmp added so that the
buttons for toggle windowshade mode and close
function properly
* Slightly altered equalizer bands (rounded off)

* New playlist editor buttons
* Visualization area: miscellanous changes
