- Neo Cortex was designed for a collab contest at the SKIN LOVE section at Winamp.com's forum page.
- There was no theme set for the type of skin to be made, so this is how things eventually turned out.
- It was initially PeaceMaker's design layout to start with then GaretJax applied the final touches towards the end.
- Doggy Dog played a part in designing the cursor's and Avs preset to go along with the skin.
- 100% original and ANY comments are welcome.
