J'ai terminé ce skin le 1er Février 2003, mais
je ne lui avais pas encore trouvé de nom.
Et puis vers 16h00, j'apprends que la navette
COLUMBIA mission STS107 s'est désintégrée
en rentrant dans l'atmosphère.
Sa désintégration a eu lieu à 207000 pieds d’altitude
et à la vitesse d’environ 12500 miles/h (mach 18).
Cela m’a profondément marqué, car je suis un
fan de l’exploration spatiale depuis le jour de
mon 6 ème anniversaire (le 21 juillet 1969).
Donc, pour rendre hommage aux 7 astronautes,
je l'ai nommée COLUMBIA STS107.

I finished this skin on February 1, 2003, but
I had not found a name yet to him.
And then towards 4 pm, I learn that the shuttle
COLUMBIA mission STS107 disintegrated
while penetrating in the atmosphere.
That deeply marked me, because I am a fan of
space exploration since the day of my 6 th
birthday (on July 21, 1969).
Therefore, to pay homage to the 7 astronauts,
I named it COLUMBIA STS107.
