- Added gen.bmp "no resize" mode image

- Added video window
- Added generic frame
2.0 (First "2000" edition):
(Based on the Winamp3 version that I never finished)
- I changed all the colors because of the problems with contrast in the original versions
- Changed the slider buttons to a better-looking button
- Made it so the winshade vis isn't just "sitting there"
- Added "KBPS" and "KHZ" to main window

- Seperated tubes in upper left AVS corner for consistency
