It's Gravitation created by Miriya on the 13th December 2001. This skin uses plugin's if you don't have them you download them in this easy option of downloading this zip file...
http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~black01/winamp_plugin.zip
Extract the zip to a new folder, open the folder and start winamp.exe. And there you go a fully fuctioning winamp with plugin's.
This skin has had the colours reduced quite a lot so it could be posted on 1001winampskins.com, so if you want the better version, download here...

Go to my homepage for more skin's of this type...located here...

Please ask me before posting this skin...Many Thanks Miriya-chan
