I don't have much to say about his one, I've created it in Paint and made the light effects in Photoshop.
Also blurred the wire thingies in Photoshop after creating it in paint.
Recommended res: 1152x864, 32bpp.
Why so high? 'Cause that's the res/colordepth I created it in, I donno how it works in other resolutions.
Mail me if you have a res that different from these and it also works good in.
How long did it took me to make this skin? 2/3 days. =)

Well... that's my next edition of cellphone - styled skins.
This time it's based on Motorola Talkabout TA 180.
(Ain't it look like it? )
I hope that picture quality is now a little better but
i still have that same archaic HW
{1 MB 8-bit VGA card ...
My first Skin - finally finished!
For best display, use the font "square721" included in this archive.
And don't forget to set the color depth to 24 or 32-bit (and use at least 256 colors for the cursors).
