under the Winamp Skin directory,
for example Program FilesWinampSkinsPBY-Gear
This is an alternate frontend for nullsoft's winamp.
(visit http://www.nullsoft.com and http://www.winamp.com for more info).
Unzip all files to the /winamp/skins/ directory. Then choose Options,
