Another skin finished... I keep spittin' them out.
The skin is kind of a combination between 2 skins (X-Tech and Overtuned), with a little new stuff.
But that's why I choose the name Overtech.
Created it in 32 bpp and 1280x1024.
Fully created in Adobe Photoshop 5.0, with 34 layers (don't see them anymore).
I've been working a little harder on this skin than the others,
and I think this is the best I've done so far.
